‘Am I gonna do it or not?’: Videos in lawsuit appear to show Houston restaurateur before family killings

A new lawsuit filed by the parents of Thy Mitchell accuses her late husband, Matthew, of plotting the killings of her and her family. As evidence, the parents submitted dozens of videos they say were recorded inside their River Oaks home in the days before their deaths.
