Friends, family and politicians remembered Sen. Lindsey Graham at his funeral in Washington, D.C., on Tuesday. Graham spent over 30 years on Capitol Hill, and President Trump eulogized him at the service.

Lindsey Graham, the son of pool hall owners who rose to become one of his generation's more influential U.S. politicians at home and abroad, was eulogized Tuesday as “a true American original” during memorial services in Washington. The day began at the Capitol, where the late congressman and senator served for 30 years and became known as a foreign policy hawk, a key presence on the Senate Judiciary Committee and ultimately, a strong ally of President Trump.
